Conditions for order cancellation

Cancellation policy will vary depending on “days to ship” of the products. For changing or cancelling the orders, please contact Farang Food Paradise Co., ltd. Please note that change or cancellation of the Customer’s order may not be accepted in certain cases.

Exchanges, returns and refund conditions

When you receive the ordered products, You will need to do an inspection immediately with the receipt. If any errors are found, please notify us immediately and our customer service will investigate and fix it with the least inconvenience to you. If you change your mind, you can return unopened products in their original and unused condition. The company will accept returns only for products that are in the same condition as when delivered. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to the store

Shipping

Orders and payments received before 1 PM on weekdays will be shipped out the next weekday. Most deliveries will be received the day after shipping, exceptionally 2days after shipping.

Delivery Destructions

Due to private transport company processes, some type of goods (Chilled, Frozen) might not be possible to be shipped to certain provinces in Thailand.
